Frequently asked questions

Answers about the platform, deployments, billing, and the affiliate program.

Platform

OdooGrid is a managed deployment platform that provisions, hosts, and operates Odoo instances for you. Choose a plan, pick a region and version, and we handle infrastructure, backups, SSL, and upgrades.

We currently support Odoo 16, 17, and 18 Community and Enterprise. Enterprise requires your own Odoo subscription key, which you can attach during provisioning.

Each Odoo instance runs in an isolated container with its own PostgreSQL database, encrypted volumes, and network policies. Backups are stored separately per client.

Deployments

Most deployments finish in 3–8 minutes. You get a subdomain like yourcompany.odoogrid.app immediately, and you can attach a custom domain once DNS propagates.

Yes. Upload a dump or connect via SFTP during onboarding. Growth and Scale plans include assisted migration; Starter includes self-serve import tooling.

Each production deployment can include staging instances with their own URLs (for example acme.odoogrid.app and acme-staging.odoogrid.app). Use staging to test modules and upgrades before promoting to production. You choose how many staging instances to create at deploy time, within your plan limit.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade anytime (prorated). Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Invoices are available in your portal under Billing.

We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Mobile Money in supported regions. All checkout flows in this demo are UI-only mocks.

Affiliates

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. When a customer signs up and pays through your link, you earn a recurring commission on their subscription for 12 months.

Standard affiliates earn 20% of subscription revenue for the first 12 months of each referred customer. Volume partners can negotiate higher rates with our partnerships team.
